Undercover police woman Rei (Miki Sugimoto) shoots a rape-murder suspect in the crotch. However, since he was a western diplomat, she ends up in prison. She is then released, only to do a dirty job for her chief: Infiltrate a gang and save a kidnapped daughter of a rising politician. She now must endure much humiliation and tests in order to prove to be equal to the gang.
