Zan (Steve Hawkes) helps the Amazons defeat two gangsters who wished to take over a sacred gold treasure from the women's tribe, who are led by their queen (Kitty Swan). There are extensive views of the Central America jungle and several tough battles between the young Amazons and the evil pirates.

The Zebra Killer (1974) $20.00

Based on the real events that shocked San Francisco in the early 70's. Mac (James Pickett) portrays the role of The Zebra Killer, a white man who dresses in black makeup and strolls the city of San Francisco stalking, raping and killing young women. Lt. Savage (Austin Stoker) hears that the Killer has killed his girlfriend (Valerie Rogers). Lt. Savage goes everywhere to find and kill the maniac, along with the help of Williams (Hugh Smith) and Robert (Charles Kissinger).

Being a failure as a teacher and a familyman, Shinichi (Sho Aikawa) tries to escape everyday life by dressing up as "Zebraman", a 1970's superhero. Although the TV series was canceled after only 6 episodes, that does not stop him from acting out his escape fantasy in a self made zebra-suit. He get's more than he could ever wish for, when his black-and-white dressed alter-ego, seems to be the only thing to stand between absolute (green) evil and a happy ending. Based on the memoir (released in the U.S. as Samurai) written by Japanese fighter pilot Lt. (jg) Saburo Sakai, the highest-scoring Japanese naval aviator ace of WWII. Hiroshi Fujioka stars as Lt. Sakai. Also with Akihiko Hirata and Takeo Chii.

The dogfight scenes were filmed using radio-controlled model planes flying at an altitude of about 1000 meters while the camera crew filmed the flying models from a Cessna.

A recently divorced man (Darren McGavin) gets a job with an automobile repossession company, after he finds that his own car has been repossessed because his ex-wife didn't make the payments. Undercover police woman Rei (Miki Sugimoto) shoots a rape-murder suspect in the crotch. However, since he was a western diplomat, she ends up in prison. She is then released, only to do a dirty job for her chief: Infiltrate a gang and save a kidnapped daughter of a rising politician. She now must endure much humiliation and tests in order to prove to be equal to the gang. The plans for ransom don’t go very smoothly, so a lot of rape, torture and surreally excessive bloodshed result. (In Japanese language, with English subtitles)

Zimatar (1982) $20.00
In this Philipino adventure, King Dalmacious of Salina has three sons by his first wife. When the new Queen Farida is pregnant, he prays for her to give birth to a daughter, but the daughter is stillborn. In his grief, the king turns to a wise hermit. The hermit predicts that the Queen could still give him a daughter if they drink the nectar of the Golden Flower. With J.C. Bonnin as Zimatar and Ace Vergel. (In German language).

Ace Vergel was dubbed the "The Original Bad Boy of Philippine Movies." An arrest warrant was issued in Caloocan City for a rape charge filed against Vergel in 2000, but he was later released. Vergel was also linked to illegal drugs, but that case against him was also dismissed. He died of heart attack on December 15, 2007 at the age of 55.

Terrorists steal nerve gas from a military base and accidentally infect the local population. Those who come in contact with "Death One" are turned into toxic zombies and run amok. A small group of soldiers team up with some teenage survivors to fend of the masses of the undead.

Billed as a sequal to Fulci's legendary Zombie (aka Zombie 2), there is actually no relation between this film and its alleged predecessor. Although Lucio Fulci is given full directorial credit, he dropped out of the project fairly early due to health problems and was replaced by Bruno Mattei.

When they arrive at Matul Island, they find Dr. Menard and discover a terrifying diease which is turning the islanders into horrifying zombies which devour human flesh and seem indestructable.

Fanny Cano died on December 7, 1983 in an airplane accident in Madrid, Spain. Her flight was an Aviaco DC-9 which landed at the same time as an Iberia Airlines Boeing 727. The aircraft collided with each other on the tarmac resulting in 85 deaths. She was killed in the fire after the crash. She was 39 years old.





Zone Fighter (1973) $40.00
The Zone Family are the sole survivors of the utopian world called Peaceland that was destroyed by the despotic alien race known as the Garogain. Fleeing to Japan on Earth circa 1973, the Zone Family is taken in by a kindly human family and they adopt the identities of the Sakimoris. When the Garogain located the Zone Family, they decided to make Earth their next target. Thus, Zone Fighter and his siblings opposed the Garogain, battling both them and the many giant monsters that they attacked the planet with (which were generically referred to as "Terro-Beasts"). During the course of the year-long battle, Zone Fighter teamed up with Godzilla I, who was by now a protector of Earth, several times. In the course of this conflict, Zone Fighter also battled two of Godzilla’s arch foes, King Ghidora I and Gigan. In this series were the last appearances of the original King Ghidorah and Gigan (who would return in updated form 31 years later). Godzilla guest-stars in Episodes 4, 11, 15, 21 and 25; Gigan fights with Godzilla in Episode 11 and King Ghidorah appeared in a separate two episodes (5 and 6, a two-parter). King Ghidorah is the only giant monster not killed during the entire series (not including Godzilla, of course).
